graduation was real nice.  It was def. different than the norm, i hear TPHS graduation is a 4 hour to-do, ours was 3 hours but it seemed to go pretty fast.  I thought i'd read Popular Mechanics during the thing but that didn't really work, it just made me look like an asshole, so i stopped.  I guess no one got my quote, except for the gifted few, Kranz and Kostka got it, Elise didn't but she laughed, oh well.  There was a giant news article with all the crazy hats in the news paper.

The day before I had got my new Canon SD630 and I love it, got a bargain too, $333.00 shipped with no-tax.  I used it during graduation to catch some snazzy shots, heres a few:

my best bud, sean.

my other best bud, luke.

that weird kid who makes bad school movies, just fooling, my other best bud Dane.

AIM best buds, hes from Sweden.

Another best bud, future president of the Christian Club, pro-life activist, etc. etc.

that kid who can't pose for pictures, his eyes are always closed.  Another best bud.

These are actually some of the best shots i've ever seen of myself, they make my senior portrait look like shit, whats funny is i hardly look anything like the guy below.

mom & i.

WOW master colin.

I'm really going to miss that school, I just flipped through the TPHS yearbook and without going there for 4 years I feel as though I can say our school is about 100x superior than theres.  Sure they have a fantastic budget which affords them new buildings and a parking lot the size of Qualcom's but they don't have any heart.

Grad Nite was fun, I won $75 to Hansons.  I actually liked the school more, it was way different at night, the boat really kind of sucked.  There wasn't enough to do, I think they spent all their budget physically on the boat and forgot to dedicate some to the events at the party.  I mean the magician was pretty lame, I couldn't even find the ballon guy.  I got borded about 2 hrs in which was a bummer since we got there early and left late.  I'm glad I went though, got see people I won't ever see again.

Now I had to pick a notebook computer.  Luke has got an E1705 which after I used it I hated.  The thing is cheap.  Luke doesn't understand the distinction between a business notebook like a Macbook Pro and the Dell Home.  Anyways I ended up choosing the Lenovo/IBM T60.  It's a pretty schweet notebook with a harsh sticker price.  I got a 2.0ghz and 1gig on it, also got 256 FireGL which is like the Radeon X1600, it plays BF2 @ high, SWEET.  Plus I got the standard wireless, bluetooth, fingerprint reader, and great LCD.  I also decided to load it up with the Verizon Wireless WAN card, it lets you access the internet whereever EVDO is avaible, so really wherever there is V-CAST i can use it, it's just $15/day or $60/month..it's gonna be great when I do my roadtrip in the Northwest before Davis, I'll have the GPS linked up and i'll have it plotting exactly where I am so parents and friends can check.

And it's going to cost me $2479.00 final.
