Dear Grilled Eggplant,
We have got to stop meeting like this.
True, your associates Grilled Chicken Breast and Zucchini have their undeniable charms. But you, sliced in voluptuous half inch rounds and tossed in Calorie Wise Italian dressing from Kraft (TEE EM) with just a tablespoon of olive oil until lightly coated and glistening, and fired lovingly on the barbecue at medium heat for no more than 5 minutes, are so delicious it is unconscionable.
You are too good to be good for me.
All my love,
‘Snick

Professional co-worker!Chef says: Classico olive oil should be used when cooking, as heating changes the molecular makeup of EVOO, which should be saved for eating raw as in salad dressings, or with balsamic vinegar for dipping scrumptious crusty Calabrese bread.
