omg all the CODE and the melancholy mood and John's POV and "distractions like his laptop, and John's dick" HEEE and seriously, smoking has never been so sensuous. Mop-top. Matt lunging at John's mouth and John trying not to look intimidating (hah, good luck with that John) and Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeezus THE SEX AGAINST THE WALL which possibly made me squirm and pant (oh Snick, you KNOW what I like!) And then the end with chocolate cake in the fridge and John FINALLY figuring it out and Matt going back to being MATT again, just... *happy contented sated sigh*

And then you come and say 'brilliant' and 'writer' in the same sentence like I am doing something real and you KNOW what that does to me, and, I just, can't be happier and more releived that you like this. It not being quite as fluffy as the series, I did worry. But this is what your gorgeous 70% cocoa prompts said to me so this is what you got.

HI STEVE. YAY you found it! There were many other titles, most of them Steve's. Close contenders were "those crazy nights, I do remember/those summer nights" and "he's an xbox and I'm more atari". ...did you find all your prompts too? It's like a Bruce-hunt, but with...paperwork. Hope the light/dark thing wasn't too heavy-handed.
I *tried* to make them lie in bed and play the 'what's this scar' game and explain John's tat for you but it just wouldn't fit! Too communicative.
...and while you were reading that again I was looking at my pics again. So. Sayin'.
And I caught the title IMMEDIATELY, but just forgot to mention it in the rush of reading/replying before work. Wheeeeee Steve! Of course I saw all the prompts too, look at you working all five of them into the fic. Clearly you rule. :)
