Doctor Who: Death in Heaven
[Spoiler (click to open)]What a fantastic plot twist it would've been had Clara REALLY been the Doctor - a future, female incarnation of the Doctor who'd been helping herself from the beginning, and who'd opted to travel with Eleven and Twelve for reasons as yet unspecified.
When I saw her eyes in the opening credits instead of Twelve's I got really excited, and then she was telling the Cybermen she was the Doctor, and I was really rooting for it to be true!
(And yeah, I confess, a perverse mischievous part of me wanted it purely because it would've pissed off everyone who'd already had an idiotic meltdown at the reveal of Missy being the Master.)
My only major complaints about this ep are Osgood's fate (I yelled "You bitch!" at the screen, I was so incensed!), and the fact that the series as a whole didn't do a better job of setting up Danny's final actions. It was bad enough when RTD treated Mickey so badly, it just makes it vastly worse when Moffat does the same again.
