I really like your idea for a meme - sorry, again this week has been mad. I am greedy, though - with your fave audios list, I was hoping for some why-the-awesome as well as a list, because it helps me find which audios to listen to next! :-D

But lists are also good, obviously. And pics are even better. Where does the drawing of Evelyn come from? (And, if they are in order of awesomeness, I have to agree with her first placing...)

Not really - it's most of the audio-original companions, but I've left out most of the TV companions who've also done audios.

I did think of doing "Why so awesome" comments - but it was late in the day and my net connection was playing silly buggers (turns out BT have been upgrading the network - nice of them to warn us!) so I didn't take the time.

The drawing of Evelyn comes from the BBCi version of 'Reel Time', the animated story they did with Six and Evelyn (rather like the Eight & Romana II version of Shada).

And they're not in order of awesomeness, just the random order of me putting the photos up.

Heh, I don't count people as audio companions, just for doing the companion chronicles - I always forget about them. A nice extra, compared to Evelyn, Charley, Hex and co. I expect that's because I've only ever listened to one. :-)

Oh, Reel Time. Of course - it looked as if it come off BBCi, and there you go, it had. That explains things. I'd forgotten they'd ever done that.

Well if they're a TV companion and they've done a CC or two - eg. Liz or Jo - then I count them as an audio companion as well as a telly one. I didn't count Sarah Jane because although she's done audios, it was her own spin-off series...

BT emailed and told us about the upgrade, after the fact (naturally) and said it could take up to 10 days for the line to settle down now the works done. *rolls eyes*

I've not seen the BBCi version of Reel Time, but I do have the audio version. I think that pic would make a nice icon, actually - assuming I could keep it in focus.

Yes, finding out what went wrong is always an improvement, although you would expect a prior warning. *sigh*
