Yes, the Doctor's "I walk in eternity" line is a little pompous, but the Doctor has always gotten pompous from time to time, and I love Sarah's teasing reaction.

Windows of the priory -- my favorite part there is when the Doctor suddenly ducks after the windows start looking out from a new room.
That amused me too!
Sarah Jane knowing how to shoot -- IIRC, Lis Sladen objected to that because she didn't think it made sense that the character would know how to shoot, but the director insisted because she thought it reinforced how capable Sarah was.
Ah! I just thought it was pretty weird because firearms and the use thereof is an uncommon thing in the UK...
Riddle of Osiris -- it always seems to me that Tom Baker got his line wrong there, because it doesn't make sense that he says "if I asked you the question" -- he should say what the question is.
I know, I thought that was slightly odd too...
But I too like him fussing over Sarah in that scene. She fusses over him earlier, so I figure it's even.

And I agree, part 4 is weaker than the other parts, but it still has some great moments and I love how the Doctor defeats Sutekh in the end.
