I've been chatting with a friend via comments on the various fics I've posted whilst she's been away that she's been catching up on, and she asked how many words I'd written and I said I hadn't been keeping a tally but, being curious, I'd check

Wow, that's excellent going!

I'm purely astonished. Before I did the tally I assumed I'd written about 35 - 40, 000 words of Ten/Martha fic. I was quite convinced my stories averaged around 2000 words - and I hadn't realised I'd written nearly 30 of them, either ! O_O

lol I avoid word counts when I can...I've found I can go on for days about absolute rubbish. ^^

It hadn't actually occurred to me to keep a tally - numbers don't really interest me that much...

I also can't help thinking of how much MORE I'd get done if I wasn't spending 40 hours a week in working ! o_O
