In this current mini-series he's strictly Nine. No idea about afterwards (assuming I write any more after the multi-Doctor fic...)

She wasn't to know that he really wasn't the domestic sort, and that he was only helping her now because he wanted to be near her: she intoxicated his senses until he wanted to lose himself in her. He knew that it was dangerous, and that he could, and mostly likely would, hurt her (not that he wanted to hurt her, but he knew what his life was like), yet he couldn't seem to help himself.

Martha is so good for the Doctor, it doesn't even matter what incarnation it is. But me thinks that this Ninth Doctor really needs Martha Jones in his life...

"a puppet"? Really?? She's just not rushing into anything (like introducing him to her mother) - which given she's only known him for a week, is pretty sensible (if Francine's reaction to Ten in TLE is anything to go by!)
