I'm very impressed! About a year ago, I bought 2 Antec Sonata cases. Both are very nice looking and extremely quiet. However, one of them came with a front panel USB cable that had a single block connector (to connect to the motherboard), while the other came with single pin connectors. Since my motherboards don't match up with the block connector, I needed the single pin connectors to connect them for both computers. I finally got around to emailing their Customer Service center last night to ask where I could obtain the correct cable. This morning, I received an email from them asking what my mailing address was so they could send me the connector I needed. I responded with my address, and about an hour later, I received an email telling me that she had just sent it out and gave me an order number to track it with. All free of charge and less than 24 hours after I asked about it. That is the best customer service I have seen from any company in a long time.
