Caged and fanfiction writing resources
So I was cleaning out my desk, and happened across a binder full of web sites I printed out for use as reference material for my fic Caged... here's the info if you haven't read it:

Japanese interiors-- what traditional Japanese homes look like, including vocab of many different pieces of furniture, etc. INCREDIBLY useful, very nice site!:

Goats. Yes, you heard me, goats. From Neji's mission. I needed a mission that would take several days and have his team, and for whatever reason, goats came ot mind (I wonder why). So I looked up what kind of wild goats they would have in Japan:

I was thinking originally that I'd have the woman who owns the "house of ill repute" be a geisha type instead, so this page illustrates different types of geisha, as well as tayuu, who were prostitutes and not geisha:
