yay, I'm so happy! I'm finally coloring my hair a funky color again. our bi-annual reviews came around a couple weeks ago and I asked about haircolor and he was totally cool with it. I don't know why I wanted to wait until a review....maybe because I knew I'd get good marks and figured since he was seeing me in a good light that asking at the same

I guess thats true. but around here SOO many people have colored hair. even a ton of our customers do it (and several small children lol) so I never understood the logic when the other head guy said "if people want to see purple hair they can go to the capitol hill store" whatever man. four middle aged to older women customers have purple hair lol

I agree about the covering up issue, except everybody's tattoos are fully visible at work (not FULLY....because a lot of the men have partial torso work goin on and some of the girls have stuff extending to their shoulders and back/neck)

the review went really well. I got nothing but praise basically and got a good raise. there was one suggestion that I take on more responsibilities. I knew that would come up most likely because I am not writing an order. but writing an order sounds scary to me lol we have hardly any backroom space so the order-writers really have to order carefully or else we get screwed. we're a super busy store so we need the stuff....but sometimes when we get too much we actually have to start throwing away fresh food because we can't physically fit the stuff into our store...(we donate, but still) I wouldn't be writing a fresh order anyway my first time, but the whole idea kinda stresses me out.
