5 - Oh, goodness, which one. More cracky than funny really, though I have a friend who produced incredibly hilarious and popular HP stuff.

In X-Men fandom I may have been responsible for a small but persistant fanon in which Stryfe could cook. I also turned him into a cat. (This was a ridiculous sequel by semi-request to a friend's similarly ridiculous story in which Cable, from whom Stryfe had been cloned, got turned into a goat.)

My first Harry Potter fic, conceived after reading only the first two books, involved Voldemort returning early after somebody stuck a power-sucking ring in an electrical outlet, casually throwing around excessive power to the point of making an "illusion" of himself as a child back when he still believed in such weak things as morality, and getting defeated when Harry encouraged that version to take over and be the real one. This actually led to a pretty good cowritten series, and perhaps the weirdness of the first episode served as some kind of filter, because we didn't get huge amounts of feedback but what we did get was remarkable in its quality -- minimal obnoxiousness, unusually high rate of thoughtful comments.

...Also, Neville's toad hatching a basilisk (in two different stories! It seemed obvious!), unexpected time travel by Herpo the Foul, werewolf!Salazar (...actually that one wasn't funny at all, but it's kind of cracky...) and the Stepbrothers series where Tom Riddle's mother and Rubeus Hagrid's father got together. As you can see a lot of these depended on incomplete canon.

Count Dooku spending most of a story as a hedgehog. (Possibly it should have been a Sevarcosan Prickle-Pig.) The one that makes people laugh the most is Mechanical Spirit, in which Han finds out Vader built Threepio. Best I've ever done with Star Wars character voices.

Mogget (sort of) coming back after the end of the Abhorsen trilogy might count.

Involuntary bunny transformations in Thor movieverse, with you. *grin* Frozen snakes in Niflhel in Norse myth, likewise.

...I may need to use a new comment.
