An assortment of Harry Potter icons from Prisoner of Azkaban & Goblet of Fire.
Most are from POA, but I'll be making a bigger GOF post sometime in the near future.
(And on a completely random note...I *heart* Stan Shunpike. I have no clue why, though.)

I didn't use a texture for number 2, I just used the 'selection tool' settings = 'selection type'-circle | 'mode'-replace | 'feather' 2
Once that's done, I went to 'edit-copy' | 'edit-paste as new layer', move the circle you created back to it's original place and set to 'screen'.
