goals

okay, so the two weeks previous to this one have been crap as far as my goals were concerned. between the holiday and two major work projects, my exercise routine went completely to shit -- in other words, was nearly non-existent. And as far as eating right, well, I didn't get very far in paying attention to what I eat.

But this past week, things started getting a little more sane.
Veggies - 6/7
fruit - 6/7
exercise -3/5
oversized coffees -- i had too many of coffee drinks but they all met my goal by being smalls instead of mediums or larges
