[Housemates will probably find Roxas in the kitchen with newspapers on the table, a palate of paint, some paper...and a very disgruntled cat who doesn't understand why his human wants him to dip his pretty paws in the wet colors.]

Nea, come on. You were doing really well, too. You can't just give up now.

[There's a hiss from the cat before he ( Read more... )

... You know, if you're going to ask something like that you should be prepared to get some crude answers from people here. [ her own voice sounds a little deadpan. ]

I guess I should be happy that hasn't already happened. What kind of crude answers though?

I guess there are some people who would just say something along the lines of 'it all matters about what's in the pants', except in a more crude way.

If my older brother was here, I'm pretty sure he would have answered it in way too much detail.

...huh. Pretty sure that's not going to help me, but I see your point. Oh well, too late to go back and fix it now.

Yeah, I know, it's a generally unhelpful answer, but some people get a kick out of giving the obvious or crude answer to a question. It's just the way people are.

At least you're not like that, otherwise you would have done it already.

So what other answer do you want to give me?

I like to think I usually don't lower myself to that level, so yeah, I'm not like that.

I don't know.. Technically there's some differences between guys and girls, like how they talk in those scientific tests about how guys are better than girls at one thing or another and girls are better at other things.

I appreciate that.

What sort of things though? Examples, anything.

Huh, let's see.. I think I once read an article like that that was talking about how men can read maps much better than women for some reason.

...maps aren't hard though. Usually it's just a couple of lines and dots. Weird.

I usually don't bother to use maps, but they don't seem all that hard to read to me either. But it seems some people seriously have problems with doing that sort of thing.

Sounds like some people have bigger issues then if they have trouble doing something simple like that. Oh well.

So why don't you bother with them anyway?

I often had little reason to have to find my way somewhere. My bodyguard usually drove me around back home, so there wasn't any need to look up something for myself.

I guess you can almost call it being spoiled a little.

Then this place must be driving you crazy...unless your bodyguard's actually here.

No, he's not here. And I'm rather glad for that fact, he's rather bothersome. [ or rather, she's just tsun for him. ]

But I can find my way around here just fine without a map, it's not like it's a big city.

No it's not, but it's still pretty weird to be here if you're not used to it. You can't tell me you were completely okay when you first came here.
