Cell phones continued

Boost Mobile and Virgin Mobile phones do not work internationally, so I'm planning on getting a quad-band GSM phone and using T-mobile prepaid in the US and another SIM card for that phone when traveling internationally.  One nice thing about T-mobile is they provide $10-$20 off their monthly plans and allow you to have no contract if you don't buy a subsidized phone. I don't know yet if I'll do prepaid or monthly. T-mobile apparently unlocks phones upon request if you've been a customer for 60 days, so I'm willing to consider a T-mobile locked phone.

Wanted in a cell phone:
* Quad band GSM (Tri band is acceptable)
* Not locked to any carrier (or unlockable)
* Web browsing capability
* Bluetooth (for car hands-free device)
* Basic Camera
* Warranty at least 1 year

Optional but preferred:
* Android 2.1 OS
* GPS navigation capability
* Under around $350
* WiFi (as alternate internet access mode)

Possibilities include:
* TMobile MyTouch 3G Slide (Tmobile)
* Samsung Vibrant (Tmobile)
* T-Mobile G2 (Tmobile)
* Samsung S5620 Monte (Amazon)
* Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Mini (Circuit City)

Does anyone know if a QWERTY keyboard is worth its weight in a smartphone?
