Yay, College! How I have missed you. True, it sucks having to put my shampoo and so forth on the floor and bend over every time I need to condition, but hey: at least I'm not THERE.
So, just one professor left to meet. Comp graph, whoo-hoo. All the others seem cool: my Comm prof is a total sweetie, my Ethics prof is so cool; you can't not pay attention when she's talking. Geology could be better, but that's just me being bitchy about perfectly organized notes. Geo lab doesn't seem too bad yet. Chorus . . . eh, she didn't warm us up lat class, and I hope she won't conveniently forget that we all have allergies and viruses while determining how much time to let us adjust to singing. Prof. Sample is really cool. I just hope he's not Christian (don't think so, though; kinda looks like a hippie), cuz I did a little Christian bashing in my reading response. But yeah, this year should be good.
I ran into two old and beloved faces today: first was Ms. Foreman, my old English prof. It's nice to actually be able to be friends with people here, especially when they're like ten years older. She rocks my boat, yo. And then I saw Kelsey as I was entering the lecture hall for Geo. Such fun. Her glasses are teh sexyness. They're probably the same ones she had when I left, but it's been so long that the memory has faded.
Anyhoo, I'm going to try to wear my new shoes tomorrow. I can bend my thumb again, though not much, and it can bear a little weight, so maybe I can tie the laces. I really need to stop wearing the sandals; the backs of my ankles are gashed. I hope I get to stay in the first soprano section; I may never have another chance to sing a B. weep
So yeah. That's pretty much it. My roomie is still doing homework, and I have a noisy keyboard. Until next time!
