Beware.... *points at icon*

My apologies for writing such an entry... usually I don't indulge in such behavior, but today... I think it's okay.

But, if anything... I hope you don’t mind. D:

So... here we go! )

Wow, sounds like a bad weekend there by anyone's standards. I have a half-Japanese friends that's lived in Tokyo for ten years of his life and he won't even touch sushi from anywhere outside Japan, so you're certainly not the only one that hates it.

The phone losing thing is particularly horrible - I hate those moments where it's like, "Argh, crapcrapcrapcrap, where is it?!?" 'cos I always end up panicking like Hell, so good job on keeping your cool for the most part! It probably didn't help that the guy giving it back to you sounded like a total prick though, blegh.

As for the work supervisor thing, a lot of it's probably down to a 'trust issue' sort thing. If the guy's your new person to report to, he's gonna want to see that you're responsible, reliable, sensible, dependable and all sorts of other annoying words that end in '-ible'! and after the bad first impression he was probably deliberately looking for things to criticise - I've met that kinda person plenty of times and they're annoying as Hell to deal with, but in time they usually back off if you prove yourself 'worthy.' Sucks, but them's the breaks, from my experience at least.

Oh, and if you think you had it rough with the urinary tract thing, I spent the last eight hours today lifting concrete blocks and to hold them properly that meant pressing them against my stomach... which meant they were pressing on my bladder too. And all I had by way of a toilet was a bucket and my crushed sense of pride and cleanliness! Charming! I had to go about five times, simply becaus the concrete blocks pressing against my baldder made me feel like I needed to go even if I didn't; towards the end of the day it actually physically hurt to urinate, but I couldn't not go! ... See, this is why I don't have a LiveJournal account - I'd freak people the Hell out if I wrte about this sorta thing all the time!

Anyway, take care and hope that you don't suffer this badly any time soon,

From SourGrapes101.

P.S. The only reason I don't have an iPod is because, here in jolly old England, we have twenty piece marching bands that have six-thousand songs memorised to follow us around instead! Much more convenient - when was the last time you had a marching band break on you? Pfft, who needs crappy iPods!

You're not the first one to tell me that about sushi, but... well... it's just one of those things, you know? In fact, since I haven't really had sushi from Japan, that means I'm a wannabe sushi snob *crais* T_T

Yeah... losing something that important is quite frustrating, especially for me since it's my only form of communication, you know? I don't have a landline, and in the event I do lose my phone, it'd be using google voice or Skype ~_~ so you see, if someone wants to get a hold of me, they always call my cell, so it sucks to be me :-/

You're right about my team leader... he'll just have to find out on his own that I'm epic, haha!

Oh wow... sorry to hear about the slave labor you had to endure, and consequently, the abuse your poor bladder undertook, but look at the bright side... when you get married and knock up your wife, you'll know exactly what she feels like when she's as big as a whale and having to go to the bathroom every two minutes. ^__^

Beyond the weekend, I've been pretty good all things considered.

P.S. I wish I had marching bands all around... who doesn't appreciate live music! ahaha!
