A door has appeared.
I am beyond relieved to say that I successfully managed to import all of my past entries (going back to 2009!) and comments to Dreamwidth. I hadn't been holding out much hope but after a couple days of attempts, I apparently got lucky.
Yeah, so this is the first step to a difficult goodbye, which I'll probably keep putting off for a while, possibly crossposting manually, possibly dividing my attention between the two sites. Of course I'll keep following as many people from my flist here as I can, but I haven't started searching them out yet.
As for my new DW, you can find me under the name of kairosimperfect, which is in fact what I was called here until I paid money to change it to perpetual, damn you, stupid outdated blogging site, and not to mention how recently I just renewed my icon capacity, everything sucks.
...Okay, I should really not be complaining. Especially since I got an Aerogarden today.
