Life Update
It's been sporadic for a while here now. Thought I should give an update on where I am going, etc.
The good: I passed the bar exam in Colorado! This was a great relief, as the thought of having to study for this fucking thing made me cry just to think about it. They post the names (yes, names!) of all the people who passed the bar just to add a little public humiliation to your grief.
The other good: I am still looking for a job. And am doing very little otherwise.
The other other good: Doing very little otherwise allows to me to have fun.
The bad: Paul got placed by the public defender in Grand Junction. GJ is 4.5 hours away from Denver, by the Utah/Colorado border. It's quite beautiful and reminiscent of the grand canyon landscape, but it's also totally white trash and everyone there is ugly and a potential client for Paul. Needless to say, I think all his cases will involve domestic violence and meth.
