I just discovered that one can buy vision correcting swim goggles for about $20 a pair. See? Right here. I am positively giddy at the thought of being able to see what's ahead of me when I swim laps. (Yes, contacts, I know, but I've never yet been able to keep water from getting into my goggles so I don't think that's a good option for me.)
Right after we finish paying for repairing the clothes dryer and a new dishwasher, I am getting my eyes checked and then I will know my prescription and then I can get magical vision correcting swim goggles.
And also a gym membership so I can keeps swimming after next week.
