Okay, so I watched parts of the last filler arc for Ken and Bya, obviously, and can I just scream a little bit here about HOW MUCH THEY FLIRT IN THE ANIME? Like geezus.
Kenpachi basically offered to HELP BYAKUYA WITH HIS FIGHT. Obviously in like, a pigtail pulling snide sort of dick way, but THE FACT THAT HE OFFERED IS KIND OF BASICALLY A LOVE CONFESSION ISN'T IT? Like, hey, if you can't handle it, I'll help you, even though HE USUALLY ONLY BELIEVES IN ONE-ON-ONE?
Plus the look he gave him as he said it was kind of adorable.
