One Piece- "Black Out"

The first time they kissed, Sanji’d been threatening Zoro with a spatula. Zoro dodged, took a return swipe at the blond. Words were exchanged. Glares. The chef remembered being so mad he couldn’t see straight.
And then everything went dark. When he came to, they were making out against the wall.
He maintained that he’d blacked out. That Zoro had taken advantage of him.
Zoro insisted that Sanji was the one who’d kissed him. They both agreed to feel filthy about the whole thing.
The second time it happened was more of the same. Sanji kicked at Zoro, Zoro dodged and threw a punch. Crates were knocked over, the ship rocked, Usopp was thrown overboard.
Their vision went black.
When Sanji regained his senses he found his hand down Zoro’s pants, Zoro sucking hard on his neck.
Their eyes opened at the exact same moment-locked for one second. They both jumped ten feet backwards, panting, gaping. “We’re sick,” Sanji breathed. “You’re sick.”
“Fuck you,” Zoro spat back, and the two spun around and marched off.
After the third (fourth, fifth, maybe sixth) time, a beleaguered Sanji visited Chopper for help. “I think I’m sick,” he said. Chopper took his temperature and asked about symptoms.
“Head gets hot… vision gets fuzzy… can’t think…”
“You seem fine,” Chopper said.
“I’m not.”
“Mmm…sometimes you just have to wait these things out. There’s probably nothing you can do until it passes by itself.”
Sanji paled. “Nothing I can do…” Stricken, he dragged himself from the room, rounded the corner… ran right into Zoro.
“Watch it!” Zoro snarled.
Sanji glared. “Your fault!” he growled, and grabbed two fistfuls of Zoro’s shirt.
“What?”
Sanji kissed him then, and figured there was nothing he could do until this passed on its own.
Zoro kissed him back.
