This was fantastic. I love everything about this: Dean's emotional growth, Sam's attempts to help out, and all the fabulous cameos. I actually liked Balthazar! Crowley, why so awesome?
Shit, I was on the edge there when I started noticing Castiel become more remote and OMGS thank you for the happy ending because I don't think I could have taken it if the plan hadn't worked out.
I have a special place in my heart for Mini-Cas and the scenes of Dean and a vial of Grace bonding. SO ADORABLE.
\o/ i mean - the mix of typically spn mix of power-related angst, free will, the end of the world as we know and D/C profound bound - but with a happy ending for a change (and of course BAMF!Death to boot) loved it all
OHMYGOD!! I loved this so damn much, hon. It made me smile and laugh and cry a little bit too, and boy, I punched the air when Cas remembered Dean. What a perfect mix of angst and humor, hurt and comfort. My favorite Cas is surlybastard!Cas and I loved every frosty remark even while I worried about how cold he was becoming. Go Dean! I knew this would be the perfect feel-good fic, I knew. And fuck knows, we need them more than ever. ;_;

Dean/Mini Cas has now become my OTP, for reals. He's just the most plot device that's ever been. I want to hug him.
This was an excellent spin, kept me engaged and NEEDING to know where the rest of the shards were and what would happen should they all be found. I laughed out loud more then I thought I would, which let me just say, automatically puts you in my winner's circle forever cause I don't normally do that. xD Also, your prose is fabulous in it's ability to be simple and relatable while still being elegant and clean. Kudos to your writing skills and creativity - this one is a masterpiece of both. Well done, bb. Well done.
