Hmmmm, I think I can confidently say that I like your characterisation of Yumichika far better in this fic than in the others of yours I've read lately (not to say they weren't awesome as well). He was at his most deviously spectacular here and the way you played him off Ikkaku and Kenpachi was wonderful!

Also, the comment about Kenpachi taking his wife and child to the doctor? Priceless.

Needless to say this is a longwinded way of telling you I loved it ^_^

Haha I thought he was a bit over the top in this, but I was at the point where I didn't care that much 'cuz I was at work and BORED. I'm finding lately that I don't like the whole devious-and-always-coming-out-on-top Yumi that I usually write, just cuz it was making me feel... I guess, like I was cutting out a good part of the rest of his character? I'm trying new things, in short. LOL But happy you enjoyed it despite that though!

*laughs* I think despite him being the way you used to write him he was different to...less...I dunno flamboyant I suppose which goes a long way in my book. I can't wait to see how you write him now that you're trying new things!

More people should try and write Yumichika as a more three dimensional character so much props to you! *cheers*

LOL Yeah, I wish more people would do it too. There is like NO FIC OUT THERE that tries to explore him more. SIGH.

*nodnods* I suppose its because technically he's not as developed a character as is Ikkaku or Kenpachi so people tend to just use him as someone that is just there and butcher his character because they can't be bothered.

Well, if you ever get a chance I think you should read mikken's fics. I LOVE the way she writes Yumi. ^_^
