This is my take on Rukia's sentient sword, Sodeno Shirayuki (alt.- Sode no Shirayuki). It is a very unconventional idea, but Rukia has got to have her bitch-slap technique explained somehow!
I don't really consider it done, but it's a start. I really like her. So does Zangetsu.
This was my entry for the Fall 2006 Fanworks Contest over at the IchiRuki community. I don't think it's a winner, but I think it was good. I'm happy with the concept I came up with and the coloring. Less with the coloring, and more with the shading. I think they are different? Of course they are!
Meanwhile, I am downloading the 26 episodes of Ouran High School Host club, of which I read the first three volumes of manga over the course of last week. It is the most hilarious shoujo I have ever had the pleasure of reading. It's great to find something that can make fun of bishi-archetypes, and work.
