There has been a lot of speculation online lately concerning Blizzard and its future games. In some recent interviews, Blizzard people have hinted at an announcement next month. Obviously, the next WoW expansion pack is planned and will be announced some time this year, but maybe there is something else too. Warcraft 4 seems like the most likely, as it would be a unique opportunity for some storyline integration stuff. The Warcraft universe probably also has the most fans now because of WoW. I wouldn't be all that surprised to hear that they have found yet another dev-team for Ghost and will release it at the end of this year as a PS3 exclusive. If any game company can singlehandedly save the PS3, it's Blizzard.
The Diablo series is also about due for another sequel. I trust they wouldn't have too much trouble coming up with a way to continue that storyline. That would actually be pretty cool as long as they don't try to complicate the gameplay too much. An entirely new universe, while possible, is probably unlikely. The existing ones are already way too well established to bother making a new one. Blizzard already has it made with the whole character recognition thing.
The main focus of the recent hype has been Starcraft 2. I do not believe Blizzard will ever make another Starcraft RTS. Their general unwillingness to fix even the most glaring bugs in the original, along with the complete lack of leaked material (not even one employee memo?!) among other things have convinced me of this. Such a high-profile game's development could not possibly be kept secret for very long.
In other news Flagship Studios (company started by people from the dev-team that made both Diablo games) has announced a summer 2007 release date for Hellgate London. That game looks like it is going to fucking PWN despite EA's involvement.
