[She's not sure where she's going, but Milagro's obviously searching for something. While she doesn't appear to be different on first glance, her nervous walk and constant glancing down at her borrowed cell phone more than speak for themselves.
While she's not confined to one car - rather, she's walking through all the passenger cars - Milagro does seem to be pretty worried. Please bother her? Or at least give the poor little lost girl the welcome wagon speech? Because it's pretty obvious she's not going to find what she's looking for anytime soon.]
