[he has finally escaped from the mistletoe car! ...and then had to run through the snowball war one, so he's kinda caked in the stuff. Shivering, 'cause he's not used to the whole winter thing.]

[He looks and grins a bit. Even without his memory Ken was starting to grow on him.

Lavi shifts over, come stand by the fire? Even though you hate it?]

I don't celebrate the holiday.

[Something tugs at his memory though, saying that he was this year. Though why...]

Neither did I, until last year. We always celebrated the Chinese festivals instead. But it's an excuse to celebrate with friends.

The fire is mostly tame this time around. Some crackling but not a lot.]

Heh, I never saw the point in it. Never had anyone close enough, not even Gramps... Not since I was little.

And now that my curiosity has been piqued I still won't get to know what it is until Christmas.
