This is, theoretically, what living near the North Pole would feel like, but what could be causing it in Panama, of all places? Ah, well, I'm sure it's nothing interesting, but it couldn't hurt to check. I'm still a few days' travel from Asuncion, and anything's better than being on that damned boat.
