[Ed had made certain he was far away from most of the people in the train before he did this.
Drawing Frostmourne from its bindings, he let out a sigh.]
"Okay sword, you and I need to talk."
[Raising the sword, he held it out in front of him. The whisper of Nerzhul's unholy power trailed around the blade as ice began to form across the blade. Quietly, softly, the crackle of ice grew stronger and stronger. The runs of the magical blade glowed with a blue light and Ed wrestled with the energy.]
"That's right, I'm in charge. Kel'thuzad isn't here you stupid sword."
[Runes flared across his arm and leg that were still visibly covered with armor, and he grimaced.]
"Don't fight with me you stupid sword!"
[The pair wrestled for dominance. Armor materialized and flowed up his body. And finally, a crown of black metal appeared on his head and his eyes flashed with icy power.]
"That's right. I'm in charge now. Keep telling that you'll win you stupid blade. My will is stronger than the Lich King's power. And nothing you can say or do will let you control me. Begone!"
[In a blink of light, the energy died with a sound of shattering ice as Ed sank to one knee, the armor vanishing from his body bit by bit until his arm and leg remained as usual.]
"I win."
