*half way up a step ladder in the library car, hunting for books - not that he's run out of stuff to read; it's just never occurred to him to check the top shelves before: he already turned up a sizeable stack of potential reading material from the tops of other shelves. *flicks through the pages - reddens and practically throws the book back onto the shelf, holding onto the ladder with both hands and taking a moment to regain his balance before climbing back down it, a little unsteadily. It's not that he's a total prude... he's just surprised, is all.*
