[Sadly, Nick has been quite depressed as of late. Serena is gone and he never really went to the effort of making a lot of friends on the train, so he's been rather alone since she left.

But he's finally decided that sitting around moping isn't going to get him anywhere, so today he's up and about, wandering the train.

Yeah... Feb ninth. [sooo not saying how old he is. Let's just pretend he's turning 30. Again. For the seventh time.]

[Whatever age he is, Ziva's older. Way older. The novelty of birthdays wore off long ago, even before they were celebrated, still, she grins.]

[Nick just feels old sometimes, especially around all the train youngin's. That goes double now that the train's resident Old Guy (Fakir) is gone now.

But her way of wishing him happy birthday gets an odd smirk and a quirked eyebrow]

Well, health maybe. Luck... only if we get off this train some how.

I have heard it made a pit stop once, or twice. Perhaps it will do so again, for those that wish to leave.

Unless we some how failed to actually kill Conrad this time, I think we're in the clear for right now.

That is good. I wish the same could be said for my home.

[Slight shrug] Perhaps, one day, it shall appear. Like the way home.

It's possible. [shrugs] I'm not really sure what else this train is going to throw at us before it's done.

So long as it does not throw things of legend at us, I do not think I mind. I would not want to touch things and have them turn to gold.
