Summary: Kanda's birthday present-- consisting of a custom Regalia tuning and some training. Wonderful!

Kanda never really did anything special for his birthday. He didn't have parents who gave him loads of money for new AT parts, so he always stayed with the same Air Treks every year. And he never saw a need to buy new parts, anyway. All he usually did was drop by the Tuners for a once-a-year touch up. Had to keep his Regalia up to date, after all.
As it is, being on this train with no way off, Kanda didn't really have many choices. So instead of spending some alone time in his room, Kanda was now sitting on the railing on a set of stairs in a train car, fashioned into a skate park.
There was something to say about how much his guard was down, considering that he was barefoot at the moment, his shoes sitting somewhere nearby. But really, the only other person in his car was Lavi, who was currently tuning Kanda's Regalia, and even then it was rare for Kanda to be this.. calm.
"How much longer are you going to take, Red?"
Kanda blamed it on the chamomile tea he had before coming here.
