One for the "maybe" list.
So I've been plowing through some backlogged TV episodes, and I finally got around to watching the pilot for American Horror Story. It's not very well plotted, sublimely stupid in its dialogue and overripe in imagery.
....I think I kinda liked it. :-P
I have now seen more of Dylan McDermott (do I have the right one of the various Dylans in Hollywood? I think so - the Private Practice dude) than I really ever cared to. And is it just me, or is he playing like the crappiest psychiatrist evar?
Diamond in the rough here's a gal named Taurissa (sp?) Farmiga, playing Dylan McDylan & Connie Britton's teen daughter. She's gotta be some kin to Vera Farmiga - looks just like her. Does a nice line in deadpan sarcasm.
ETA: Just hit up the IMDB. It's Taissa Farmiga, and she's Vera's younger sister.
