FOR RINA!
Since I didn't come online till late here's an update:
I bought everything at walmart, but the navy blue stretchy fabric, the lavander/blue fabric, the white feather trim, the wide decorative ribbon and the peacock feather. That might sound a lot, but there was a ton of notions to buy because of the ribbon that goes between the fabric. If I can't find any white feather trim I'll get the fur trim from walmart. It's a buck a yard yay!. Usually stuff like that can run from 3 to 6 bucks a yard (at joanns)...blah.
Oh I found that flute you can use and I forgot I already made most of the headdress. If you want it I just gotta paint and glue on a clip. So far with all the notions its been approx $32.85. Give or take a penny lol.
What's left to buy you ask?

2. lavander blue dull satin like fabric = 2 yards
3. White feather trim = 6 yards
4. Wide decorative ribbon = 1 yard
5. Peacock like feather
my estimation is about $80 cuz its joanns. Depends on the trim and stuff. That's a really high estimation by the way.
