from the Monterey Bay Aquarium reminded me how much I love the order Nudibranchia. Earthbound slugs are disgusting to me, but the sea versions are one of my very favorite animals. If I did not have my fishes in their ecosystem, these would be on my body - in particular the Sea Squirt.

Now back to the grindstone...

I think Glaucus atlanticus is just the cutest thing in the world. There are a lot of photos tagged with with 'nudibranch' on Flickr and some are just out of this world.
