I haven't really looked over the rules, but I don't see why there's any reason why we couldn't. (Now just to convince myself...)

Looks like the next competition won't be until next fall. Looking this over I can't find anything about a mail list to get on (on which to get?). Just have to keep an eye on this.

The links looked interesting - especially the one on making fake blood.
