Cilantro

Cilantro, as it is know in Americas, or the the leaf form of Coriander as it known else where in the world, is something I love, but is something that geometrician hates. So sometimes, on nights when he's not in town, I sneak off and indulge in this forbidden herb.

I love cilantro and could eat a pound of it straight up, but I also totally understand why some people hate it.

You can use clumps with the stalks for soups, if you don't want to deal with the stalks, cook in an herb ball or bag. Consider a leek and cilantro cream based soup. Infuse the liquid with the non leaf part of the herb before starting and then add the chopped leaves near the end.
