Al Gore is the kind of American that people around this world like and trust.
I am in Chile for a month - and I saw him address a packed house here in Santiago last friday evening. The Chileans gave him a standing ovation. I am only a Canadian neighbor - but he made me proud of being a 'North American' here this week.

I'd vote for him in a heartbeat- he isn't afraid to show his intelligence, and we badly need a show of intelligence in this country.
