I have never heard that term, though I have no doubt it must exist. Too many 'Softies get off my bus in Micro-land swinging dicks for their to be equity in the programming game.

Thankfully, tacit has banged out a righteous screed bemoaning those that regard programming as sufficiently male so as to warrant so eye-roll-worthy a label as that in the subject line above.
