One Sucker's Saga, Part IX: Bumbling Like a Fox

There's one Arab terrorist with a sense of humor, and he said, "I bet I can get them all to take their shoes off at airports." If the next one is called, because of his M.O., The Underwear Bomber, we'll know I'm on to something.

As someone who has in the recent past travelled from NZ and from Germany to the United States, I can confirm that I did not have to take my shoes of.

And I can also confirm that you're not the only person who has been wondering along the exact same lines of thoughts for years.

It all points to the same unpalatable but inevitable conclusion - that we're being fooled by the age old, Machiavellian Problem-Reaction-Solution paradigm of population control.

1. Government creates a problem, blaming it on some external enemy.
2. Population responds by asking government for protection, offering surrender of funds or rights or both in return.
3. Government accepts and offers the "solution" that was planned all along and that was the purpose of the whole exercise.

For me, that this is happening is beyond a shadow of a doubt. It's clear that our governmental-military-intelligence elites want and need external threats to justify X and they've been encouraging these external threats through Y.

The open questions are merely in the details. Is X = merely increased spending on intelligence and the military to secure corporate profits? Or is it more sinister, the complete abolition of constitutional rights and civil liberties as a prelude to the establishment of an Orwellian Oceania?

And is Y merely allowing terrorism to rise through decades of foreign policy that makes other countries hate us? Or did intelligence cell take a more active role and actually trained and recruited the supposedly Muslim terrorists?

Mere incompetence ceased to be a rational explanation for what we're seeing here long ago.

I have thoughts on these points. In my opinion, for now the short answers are No (you did specify "merely") and Yes (though these terrorists need not be un-Muslim to be under orders).

As to your open questions, I think that's where people should be concentrating. I'll outline my suspicions, filling in the open questions, in a later post.

Oh, and have I mentioned lately that I really hate harboring these suspicions? It's just that I don't see much choice.
