Moving to Provence and running a farm with friends while enjoying the fresh produce and foods. Cooking a lot, living off the land, and letting this inspiration drive my writing.

Operating an awesome restaurant where ingredients would be purchased from farmers' markets and such.
Some features of the restaurant would include:
-small plates with adequate portion sizes
-prix fixe meals where, for a set price, you could pick an appetizer, main course, and dessert. since the courses would be small, you would be able to enjoy a full meal.
-vegetarian-focused if not completely vegetarian menu
-cheese course options with the best of cheeses
-international, healthy cuisine
-support of the farmers through listings
-support of local artists through events, changing wall exhibitions, etc.

Writing a best-selling, award winning novel that would get me funds enough to travel anywhere I wanted.

Obtaining a career that will intellectually stimulate me and encourage me to produce.
