Protesting today (youpi--une manif!) was good.
I've been pulling what I'd call a Luke Skywalker recently--being too focused on the future rather than just the moment.
I really just want to read and read and read and write and write and write.
I've been further compiling stuff for the great grad school search and have been also working on that short story, which is going to knock the socks off of everyone. I should finish that this weekend... I really should.
I realized that as much as I like having friends, I don't necessarily have that many of the best variety--the ones who profoundly understand you and call you out on your shittiness. Too many acquaintances (i.e. majority of my facebook friends). I desire friends of the best caliber. Unfortunately, I've been a bit of a hermit recently on all counts, but studying with a partner is always fun, whether at WPH or not.
But more importantly, anyone a little worried about NK?
