It's been a while since I made a nice meal for Martin. Tonight we tried a new recipe: Cashew Curry Chicken...
Stir Fried Chicken, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, red pepper, and Madris Curry Powder... Simmered in an asian inspired broth (chicken broth, fish sauce, rice vinegar) and served over steamed rice. Topped with cashews and cilantro!
Yum.
