It is exciting to find more works of Tolkien! I know he loved maps seeing that he spent so much time with making the precise maps of Middle-earth. It's exciting to find this! Also, they're selling it for 60K! That is a lot of money! I would prefer to frame it and let it sit at Marquette University for all to see and enjoy though. :p
