You know, I don't believe in the death penalty, but if anyone ought to get it, it's rapists. What is the supreme court thinking????????
"The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child" according to Justice Anthony Kennedy. Why we put 'justice' in front of the name of a man who is going to say something like that is beyond me.
