Spoiledness
It's only now that I start looking at houses with a view to having a view that I realise just how bloody spoiled I was as a child to grow up with an open view of an entire river valley. I really miss the ability to follow nature's many moods right from the dining table. Anything that has anything resembling that view around here is going to cost many times more than we can afford. Our plans to move to Samsø (this island) makes it a lot more feasible to have something similar, there are some astoundingly cheap houses there. We'd "just" need some kind of income that we can keep having over there.
