so i'm not dead
but buried in summer work, aha. i've got a week til school starts and i still have three subject worth of work left....sleepless nights ahoy.
i have in fact been writing, not very steadily but i've almost 3K of another ziam fic in the works, haha. it originally started out as somewhat based on man who can't be moved by the script, but i've deviated rather far and added lots about the other boys and ugh right now i'm stuck on a rather lengthy conversation between zayn and niall wherein zayn basically cries out his guts over liam? so yeah angsty fun times, for those of you unfamiliar with the song.
i've never really tried to write all the boys into a fic before, it's always beeen heavily focused on the main pairing with very brief, if at all, mentions of the others. i'm finding it really hard to properly characterize, especially niall. the boy is so complex it's ridiculous - like, first glance he's a happy carefree mofo, but i feel like he's also very sensitive and observant? and idk it's very hard to write properly about people you don't actually know.
if anyone has the free time and willingness, i'd love to send you what i have so far and get some critique on it? i'd love you forever xxx
apart from writing i've a fanart of liam that's been hanging forever, i'm actually done with his face and all but for some reason i decided that it'd be necessary to also shade in his jacket and everything and it's from those pics of him outside his parents' house, with the dark shirt and jacket and it's EATING ALL MY LEAD and ugh i haven't the time for this. i'm hoping to finish it once i get settled back into school.
if any of you follow me on tumblr ( here) i've also been making some edits and such, which i'm actually quite proud of! i haven't got the full photoshop, so i'm quite happy with what i've managed to do. there are limitations, of course.
