Ok, so I wasn't going to be a lemming and post some garish, redundant message wishing him a happy birthday--I was just going to acknowledge it in a quiet way, a calm way, the way that he himself probably would...

BUT, I just have to comment on the fact that JKR herself wished him a happy birthday on her website. I take this as a very, *very* good omen for things to come.
